The background
We've worked with more than 50 e-commerce brands, from growing independent shops to some big retailers. Most of them had the same problem: plenty of traffic, but too many people leaving before they bought.
What we did
We dug into their site and checkout data to find exactly where customers were dropping off, then fixed it, redesigning pages, cleaning up checkout flows and making it easier to go from browsing to buying.
